Shipping Policy

Residential/DIY

Local Customers: For Auckland region locals, we offer a free pick up service at our warehouse in Papakura or can arrange delivery direct to your site for a flat fee. For large orders, you will need to contact us in advance of placing the order to confirm whether we have the capacity to deliver your order ourselves, or if it will need to be arranged with a third party freight company.

Domestic Shipping: For customers around New Zealand, we've got you covered! We can source quotes for domestic freight services, or you can arrange your preferred provider to pick up and deliver. Please be aware that bulk orders may require the use of a forklift at the delivery site.

Pick Up/Shipping Turnaround: We aim to have your product ready to be collected, delivered or shipped as soon as possible. As there are multiple factors (including the size of the order and/or custom-made aspects) that affect the timeframe, please contact us directly for an indication of what the turnaround timeframe will be.

Damaged Product? If you recieve product that was damaged on route to you, please contact us immediately with your order details, time of delivery, and photo evidence of the damage. We will need this information to make a claim against the shipping company used. If you arranged your own shipping you will need to contact the shipping company directly. When you pick up stock yourself, we are not responsible for any damages that occur to product once it has left our warehouse.

Trade Customers

You can collect your orders directly from our warehouse in Papakura, or we can work with you to arrange local delivery or domestic shipping (as per Residential/DIY customer options). We have truck access at our warehouse, and a staff-operated forklift for collection of large orders.
